"Tell me, what is it that you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

Welcome,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and adolescents (17 years and older) in the Golden Triangle area.  I am also a Mississippi Board Qualified Supervisor providing professional supervision for licensure. I work with a wide range of psychological issues such as:

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • eating disorders

  • relationship issues

  • feelings of meaninglessness

  • spiritual malaise

  • mid-life transitions

  • identity issues

  • self-esteem

You may seek counseling or psychotherapy services when something in your life feels out of balance. Transitions and significant life changes, such as identity issues, sexual orientation, career transitions, loss of faith, death of of a loved one and divorce, often leave one with symptoms of depression, anxiety, hopelessness and grief.

In an atmosphere of acceptance and trust, we will work together to relieve your symptoms and discover greater meaning and acceptance in your life. My training allows me to listen closely to how you think about problems and how you may operate unconsicously in ways that may keep you from moving forward in your life.  Together we will listen for and identify obstacles that keep you stuck or tangled up in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or other difficulties in order for you to experience new energy to live a more fulfilling life.
